Update your medical details

If you need to update your medical details, you will need to click on the update your medical details button.

When you click on the Update your medical details button, it will take you to your medical details form.

The next >> button will move you to the next screen, where you will continue to add information to the form.

Please Note: Once you have completed the form, the council will reassess the medical application to take these changes into account.
